Children from across Merseyside have taken part in the Liverpool Unites in Dance show and helped to raise money for charity.

The show which was held at the BT Convention Centre, was part of the ECHO's charity fundraiser and saw 19 different dance groups take part in the show with The Works Academy being crowned winners.

The audience were also treated to a special performance from Dance Dynamix who appeared on Sky 1's Got to Dance.

Money raised from the show helped Liverpool Unites reach their target of raising £500,000 for Alder Hey Children's Hospital.
