A pensioner, who owned a property Mosely Hill, has bequeathed that some of the proceeds of the sale of the house to the RSPCA and the Dogs Trust. Problems have arisen, after Mossley Hill councillor refused to allow the felling of an oak tree in front of the Property, describing it as like a beautiful woman, and it should be preserved in all its glory.
